Tuesday Evenings from 7:00 to 9:00
We meet weekly at 280 Ormond Street and start at 7:00 PM sharp. It's best to arrive about 20 minutes early.
New members are always welcome.
Meet our conductors
Judy Quick
Judy retired from BCI in 2012 after a rewarding 35 year career in the classroom teaching instrumental and vocal music at Brockville Collegiate Institute.
Judy has been an active member in the local artistic community including the Brockville Concert Band, Brockville Music Festival, Brockville Operatic Society, Brockville Theatre Guild, Youth Opportunities in the Arts and the Brockville and Area Music and Performing Arts Hall of Fame.
Judy is honoured to share the podium with fellow musician and good friend Chris Coyea while also playing clarinet in the band.
Chris Coyea
Chris has established a well-deserved international artistic reputation as an opera performer.
As a member of the Canadian Opera Company Ensemble, Chris appeared in numerous productions with them in Toronto.
In August of 2005, Chris was invited to become the Head of Music in the newly established St. Lawrence College Music Theatre – Performance Program in Brockville.
Chris plays bass clarinet in the Brockville Concert Band and in Quintessence (clarinet quintet).
